For Space Seekers
Use the search bar on our homepage or visit the Search page. You can filter by location, size, price, contract type, permitted uses, and more. You can also set a search radius to find spaces near a specific area.
Yes, searching and sending enquiries is completely free. There are no fees for space seekers. We connect you directly with property owners at no cost.
Once you're logged in, click the heart/save button on any space listing to add it to your favourites. You can view all your saved spaces from your Favourites page.
Our team reviews your enquiry and connects you with the property owner within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and the property owner will be notified of your interest.
Yes! If you can't find what you're looking for, use our Space Request form to describe your requirements. We'll notify you when matching spaces become available.
For Property Owners
Click "List Your Space" in the navigation and fill out the submission form with your property details. Our team will review your submission and get in touch to finalise the listing.
Basic listings are free. We operate on a success-based model. Contact us for details about featured listing options and premium visibility.
We accept all types of commercial space including warehouses, offices, retail units, industrial spaces, storage facilities, workshops, yards, co-working spaces, and showrooms.
Once registered as a seller, you'll have access to your Seller Dashboard where you can view and manage all enquiries about your spaces, update listings, and track interest.
Absolutely. Many of our listings are shared or partial spaces. You can specify whether your space is shared or dedicated when creating your listing.
