Use of Service

Trade a Space provides a marketplace platform to connect commercial space seekers with property owners. We facilitate introductions but are not party to any agreements made between users.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Listings

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Trade a Space reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

Limitation of Liability

Trade a Space acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the condition of any commercial space or the outcome of any negotiations between users.
